Fitness mantra

FITNESS MANTRA
Rule no.1
Stick to healthy diet:Diet consisting of fruits, vegetables and dry fruits can go long way in keeping you fit.
Rule no.2
Stick to exercise:Exercise do walking, jogging,cycling,swimming,yoga aerobics For atleast one hour a day for five days a week.
Rule no:3
Drink water:Atleast 8 glasses of water .if you are forgetful then set an hourly alarm on your mobile.
Rule no:4
Eat small portions of meals You can have after every two hours.
Rule no. 5
Use less oil,Boil dals and vegetables and use dash of desi ghee as a substitute
Rule no:6
Feel like having snacks then go for dry fruits and sprouts.
Rulle no:7
Do your household chores by yourself.
Rule no:8
Drink green tea twice a day.It is a very good antioxidant
Rule no:9
Feel like having sweets go for small portions only.
Rule no:10 Never miss rules from 1 to 9
